About Janjay

Janjay Innis is a cradle United Methodist and enjoying ecumenism by living out her vocation as the Director of Faith Formation at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Atlanta. Her work, which invites God’s people to live out their faith through service is her why. In connecting the Atlanta community to initiatives that dismantle injustice at its root, coordinating opportunities for young adults to envision their future careers through the lens of social change and facilitating opportunities for the building of authentic relationships, Janjay finds great joy.

His “why” can be summed up by Mister Rogers, “The greatest thing we can do is help somebody know that they’re loved and capable of loving.”

When she’s not working or studying, Alejandra is usually glued to a new book she’s reading, on her yoga mat, or out running and exploring the spaces around her.
